RETURNS/REFUNDS

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at 187crud@yedcore.com Please note that returns will need to be sent back to the supplier and may cost you a shipping fee.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return link in which you should provide pictures and/or a reason for the return.

Please have your tracking number ready in the email as well.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. You should receive a full refund.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Orders Delayed/Not received
If you do not receive the package, a non-delivery a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary to be eligible for a refund.
The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, You need to pick up the package by yourself. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, our logistics company. During the return, We take no responsibility if the product(s) have been lost and you will not be eligible for a refund.
If the tracking information shows the order is delivered, there is nothing you are not eligible for a return/refund.
You will not be eligible for a refund if the tracking information shows Alert, the reasons are listed below:

Incorrect/insufficient address.
b)
No such number.
c)
Unknown recipient.
d)
Refused.
e)
Do not pick up in time.
f)
No safe delivery location.
g)
Uncleared customs.
h)
Others.
Order Cancellations:
There are no order cancellations, all sales are final.
Exchanges:
We do not accept exchanges.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive a return link in which an agent will further review your cause for whether the refund was redeemable or not.
